Whether you are new to Christianity, already a Christian, or simply seeking a deeper understanding, our OCIA program is designed to guide you through the process of becoming a Catholic.

What is OCIA?

OCIA is a yearlong journey of faith and conversion that begins in the fall and ends on the Easter Vigil Mass. This faith journey is a process where individuals are introduced to Catholic beliefs, practices, and to prepare them to receive the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist. Through a series of sessions, discussions, and communal experiences, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your story, and to grow in faith.
